The Board of Directors of the Lithuania-based shipping company Lietuvos Juru Laivininkyste approved an agreement to sell a motor vessel "Asta" on October 21, 2013, the company informed LETA.
Delivery of the vessel to the buyer will take place in December, 2013.
The conditions of the sale are confidential. Preliminary accounting loss of this transaction is USD 1.5 million. Funds received from the sale will be used for working capital and repayment of the loans.
