Bunker fuel oil loadings and deliveries at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) and Sheskharis oil terminal at the Russian Black Sea port of Novorossiisk resumed Tuesday morning after being suspended due to adverse weather, sources said.
"Oil loadings and bunker deliveries have been suspended for the last four days except the inner anchorage of the port," a bunker source said.
The Port Authority said winds had dropped and swells were at permissible levels for bunker operations.
According to sources, outer anchorage areas were congested for vessels which faced delays for fuel oil deliveries.
Traders do not anticipate any significant impact on bunker fuel oil prices for prompt deliveries.
