MTQ Corporation has finally finished its protracted takeover of Neptune Marine Services via its wholly-owned subsidiary, Blossomvale Investments.
Perth-based Neptune's primary focus is the offshore oil and gas sector where it offers a range of subsea services. MTQ first announced its takeover intentions at the beginning of last November.
