Sinotrans Limited plans reorganisation

Sinotrans Limited is considering a possible reorganization with the Sinotrans&CSC Group, with a view to an appropriate consolidation of the core business operations and related assets into the company, and also to reduce potential competition between the company and the rest of Sinotrans&CSC Group, according to an announcement released by the company.
However, the method and subject mater of any such reorganization is still under consideration, and may need a period of time to implement it, the company said.
