AA Cargo signs accords with Global Logistics Network to bolster ties
AMERICAN Airlines Cargo has signed a memorandum of understanding with Global Logistics Network (GLN) to allow increased interaction between the two parties with a goal of increasing business opportunities.
A statement from AMR Corp said the move is designed to further extend its sales activities with as broad a range of customers as possible.
"We have been looking at prospective network partners where there is potential to expand existing business. With GLN, I believe we have found such a partner," said AA Cargo sales chief Roger Samways.
"By working closely in a more formal way, we hope to be able to build upon the relationship which we already have with some of GLN members and increase the business development opportunities for both parties."
