Volga-Dnepr Technics opens maintenance post at Vnukovo Airport, Moscow
VOLGA-Dnepr Technics (VDT), sister company of Russian Volga-Dnepr Group, has opened a line maintenance station at Moscow's Vnukovo Airport following approval from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
VDT will provide line maintenance for Boeing 737CL and the Boeing 747 aircraft family in A-check line maintenance and related services to make it the first ACM provider for Boeing 747-8.
The company now operates maintenance bases at three airports in Moscow - Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo and Vnukovo - and has a global presence in 10 airports. VDT's future plans include further developing its facilities in all regions where it has operations.
