Hactl named Air Cargo Terminal of the Year for sixth year running
HONG KONG Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl), the airport's No 1 ground handler, has received the "Air Cargo Terminal of the Year" award for the sixth year running at the Supply Chain Asia Logistics Awards 2012.
The Supply Chain Asia sponsored awards were presented at a gala dinner held at the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore by senior logistics professionals.
Hactl's winning submission voted by industry players was judged by a panel of experts and picked for a number of reasons including its customer service, IT know-how and systems, efficiency, its airline network coverage, the quality of its ground transport links, its charges and its special handling abilities.
Hactl managing director Mark Whitehead said the award supported the terminal's efforts to provide highest quality handling services. "While we take pride in our achievements, we will not rest on our laurels as we continue to strive for excellence in everything we do for our customers and the community."
