China's logistics industry added value up 9.4pc in first 10 months
STATISTICS from the China National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) show that from January to October, China's logistics industry added value recorded a rapid year-on-year growth of 9.4 per cent to CNY2.9 trillion (US$465.74 billion) after removing price change factor, Xinhua reports.
Transportation industry's added value increased 9.2 per cent to CNY2.1 trillion. Trade industry's added value climbed 9.6 per cent to CNY0.5 trillion. Warehousing industry's added value increased 6.7 per cent to CNY200 billion. Postal industry's added value increased 23.2 per cent.
