ProLogis builds US$80 million logistics unit in Chongqing Dazu District

WORLD'S leading logistics facility and industrial property provider ProLogis will invest US$80 million on building a new distribution centre in Chongqing's Dazu District.

The facility will cover a land area of 40 hectares and a floor area of 246,000 square metres. After having commenced operation, it will be able to achieve an annual revenue of over CNY3 billion (US$482.14 million), and pay over CNY80 million's taxes every year.

ProLogis is also the largest industrial and logistics facility provider in Asia. It builds up logistics facilities and rent them to freight forwarders and retailers.
