Korean Air unveils new SkyTeam livery on intra-Asia aircraft
KOREAN Air has introduced its third SkyTeam livery aircraft, a B737-800, which will operate short-haul routes including China, Japan and South East Asia.
By operating three SkyTeam livered aircraft, the airline aims to expose the alliance's exclusive colours and identity to more customers around the world, according to the airline. The first aircraft wrapped in SkyTeam colours, a B777-200, began its operation in 2009 and the second aircraft, a B737-800 in 2011.
Korean Air is a founding member of the SkyTeam alliance, which together with its 18 members, offers its 537 million annual passengers a worldwide system of more than 15,000 daily flights covering 993 destinations in 186 countries.
