Hong Kong authorities approve three airline passenger fuel surcharge hikes
THE Civil Aviation Department (CAD) of Hong Kong has agreed to All Nippon Airways, Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines increasing passenger fuel surcharges on short-haul and long-haul flights in September.
The new maximum fuel surcharges will be HK$243 (US$31.32) for short-haul flights and HK$1,057 for long-haul flights. The applicable surcharge levels are based on the ticket issue date
