Nanchang Railway Bureau rolls out new online cargo booking service
NANCHANG Railway Bureau in Jiangxi province has commenced an online booking service for scheduled cargo trains, Xinhua reports.
The scheduled cargo trains will be operated under the mode of fixed routes and time. Shippers can log onto the website of www.12306.cn, or call 12306 to book capacity within 10 days.
Nanchang Railway Bureau will also set up exclusive counters at railway stations and offices to offer information on schedules, rates, available capacity, cargo tracking and end-to-end logistics service.
The railway bureau is operating three express cargo train services of Xinlin-south Harbin, Dongfu-Huangcun, and Dongfu-Qingbaijiang and six other cargo services of Zhangping-Xinfengzhen, Yingtan-Beilun, Bajing-Tuanjiecun, Xiangtang-south Guiyang, Zhangping-west Chongqing and Laizhou-Wuxi.
