Established in July 2004，Zhejiang Zhenyu Ship Industry Co., Ltd.’s predecessor is an underling boatyard of Zhejiang Zhenyu Shipping Co., Ltd. which has over ten years shipbuilding history. At that time, they built ship at Wenzhou , Yongjia, Yueqing and so on including the first 5000t bulk cargo ship and the first multi-purpose container 10,000tonner in WENZHOU. Located in Zhejiang Xiangshan Hepu shipbuilding industrial park, the company faces the notability fishing harbor---Shipu Harbor in the east and away from the Yongtaiwen express way about 60 kilometres in the west . It’s an ideal place for building the ship because of the superiority position and convenient traffic.

Covering an area of 100,000 sq meters including 15,000 sq meters of build area, bestrided the coastline over 500 meters which include office block, numerical control computer room, armor plate pretreatment workshop, metal process workshop, dynamo room and storage, etc. The company has four slipways abled to build 10,000tonner, two 2 myriad slipways and one 5 myriad shipway.
