Dockyard Message
The Company has a floor area of 170,000sq.m ,of which 20,000sq.m is for building area and 25,000sq.m is for production & processing area, one 80,000 ton classed dry dock of 240m in length and 40m in width, dock base is minus 6m over the Yellow Sea Elevation, equipped with 1 set gantry crane of 250ton lifting capacity ; One slip-way of 180m in length and 31m in width, equipped with one set gantry crane of 175 ton lifting capacity; 3 Block pre-fabrication plots of 176m in length 24m in width; Two outfitting quays fitted for 75,000DWT and 10,000DWT vessels respectively , among which, the No.1 quay is 108m long x 16m wide, the No.2 quay is 230m long x 16m wide ,equipped with 25t crane for each one quay.
And there are more than 20 sets of lifting equipments ranging from 64 ton to 10 ton equipped for workshops, in addition, There are various kinds of main production and processing equipments ,such as:1000 ton and 300 ton hydraulic presses, Numeral Controlled cutting machines, beveling machines, sections cold-press, pipe bending machines, lathes, SMA welding machines, CO2 welding machines, multiple-run arc welding machines, etc. The main business of the company is specializing in shipbuilding & repairing for various Oil Tankers, Chemical vessels, Container Vessels, Bulk Carriers, etc.
