Dalian Ocean Prosperity International Ship Management Co., Ltd （hereafter, OPIS） is a newly established ship management company whom is registered at Dalian Free Trading Zone with registry capital at Chinese Renminbi 3 Million Yuan.

OPIS is under the supporting of Dalian Fortune Ocean Shipping Company which owned 18 vsls including Cape size, Karsam size, and handy size bulk carriers and log fitters.in this regards, we decided to develop our ship management company fastly in next 1-3 years.

The first plan, OPIS intend to take over 2 Karsam NB vsls whom will be delivered at Oshima Shipbuilding Co., Ltd on 26th June 2017 and 6th July 2017,whilst 8 ships will be handed over to our company next month and scheduled managing up to 20 ships by the end of this year ,including types of handy/panama/Karsam. And the long term scheduled, OPIS will manage over 30 vsls within 2 years.

OPIS has invited Mr. Jin Bo as General Manager whom have 15 years GM experiences
