ISHIPS MARITIME （ISHIPS） is the flagship company of the ISHIPS Group. Its principles have been in the industry for over 25 years, acting as buyers purchasing vessels and offshore units to be recycled for their steel content and trading vessels to support our business.

The Group of companies is headed up by Mr Imran Malek who is Managing Director and Owner and have offices in Dubai, London and across the Indian Sub-Continent. The decision to establish our head office in the UAE was an easy one. UAE is becoming one of the worlds maritime centers and provides the perfect setting and time zone to conduct business with the Far East, ME, Subcontinent and European markets.

ISHIPS was established with a vision to become the leading recycling operation for both ships and offshore units worldwide and operate and manage vessels to compliment the business. We draw inspiration from the foundations already laid in India in 1999 and demand continued growth and success to provide all round service to our clients.
The expansion of our business and continued growth compliments our intention to be leaders in this field, underpinned by our extensive access to facilities and expertise.

What we do?
Delivering cash buying solutions to the global shipping and offshore industries and trading vessels which support our activities.
The cash buying industry is changing and the role of the cash buyer is driven by ongoing environmental changes and long-term sustainability. ISHIPS Maritime are at the forefront of such changes.

The UK office is headed up by the vastly experienced Steve Wansell who has a lifetime of experience in this industry both as a lender and principal spanning over 30 years. Steve having worked in international banking in senior positions in the City of London for 24 years would be defined as an expert in this industry and is qualified to speak on all related topics regarding vessels and offshore units.
We have the financial resources not only to do the biggest deals, but also to do multiple deals and successfully deliver on these projects at any one time.
