- technical and commercial management of similar type ships
- exclusive chartering of cargoes at Med/Black/Azov sea areas
- exclusive and semi-exclusive brokerage for world-wide cargoes from 3000 to Handy, Supramax and Panamax sizes.
- cargo ships sale/purchase activities （including scrapping）
- agency services at ports and straits of Turkey, supplies, bunker, dry-docking and repairs
