CM（ （Asia） is an association of experts in the fields of engineering and design, construction and project management, project inspection services and technical support for arbitrations. Since the inception of the company the teams have worked for major international companies such as Transocean, GL Noble Denton, ENI, Schahin Oil and Gas Yantai Raffles Shipyard, COSL, Global Marine Drilling and NOV. CM （Asia） has been a significant player in two arbitrations for GMDC in London and Keppel Fels in Singapore.

CM （Asia） has recently formed an Asian alliance with Willtecco BV in Holland and Singapore and Yantai Pegasus Marine Ltd in Yantai, China. His alliance has the expanded capabilities to operate in the SE Asian and Chinese markets with engineering and design including shipyard shop design, Project Management and Project Engineering, Construction Management and Inspection, Marine equipment installation and outfitting, Electrical and Mechanical Completion （EC/MC） and commissioning services.

These three alliance members have worked together under separate contracts for the past 10 years under the Project Management of CM （Asia）. He Alliance is a further step towards a formal joint venture of the three organizations.

In the alliance areas of operations installation and EC/MC are the areas where the shipyards need the most assistance and management. He Alliance addresses these areas of support services and ensures new contracts for vessels will be delivered on a timely basis and to an international standard of quality. He Alliance has its own management systems but will operate under Owner’s systems if required.

Based in SE Asia and China costs for these support services are reduced. Local engineers and inspectors well qualified in the construction of ships and rigs are utilized. Expats are used to manage the shipyard PM, Engineering Design and EC/MC and commissioning teams.

Management of the three Alliance companies have over 100 years of experience offshore, on board, shop and fabrication, shipyard and dockside and engineering and design office. He Alliance will work for the Owner or the Shipyard as deemed appropriate by the Owner. He aim is to protect the Owner’s quality, delivery and budget expenditure.

The offices of Yantai Pegasus Marine are utilized to support the teams in China and the Willteco offices in Singapore support the SE Asian operations.
