Tsuji Heavy Industries (jiangsu) Co., Ltd was established in 2003, located alongside the Yangtze River in Zhangjiagang City, jiangsu Province, about 120 kilometers or 1.5 hour drive from Shanghai. Tsuji combine the Japanese quality management and latest manufacturing technologies with the abundant Chinese labor force couple with state-of-art facilities, we are building high quality merchant vessels Hatch cover, Deck crane, and Japanese Deck Machinery for European owners. There are about 20 japanese engineers and management staffs in the yard. We are one of the few shipyard sited in china that are capable of building also structurally complete vessel. Tsuji holds the design rights of the Hatch covers and cranes build for the use onboard vessel and in the yard.

In 2010, one of the top 500 Enterprise in China, Jiangsu FENGLI Group took over TSUJI Heavy Industries (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. as well as the brand “TSUJI” from japan together with the Know-how, Technology, Engineering Design, Construction methology of TSUJI products. Since, “TSUJI” became a Chinese local brand with global quality standard. The restructured TSUJI Heavy Industries (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. retained the Japanese technology; the quality; the procurement network; the after sales service network and the original Japanese management.
