Yinghang shipping （ Dalian ） Management Co., Ltd. is an independent corporation with the management right of Foreign Service authorized by the Ministry of Commercial Affairs, which specializes seafarers manning.

Yinghang has established ISO9002 Quality Management System, and managed by professional manager, seasoned captains and experienced chief engineers.

There are more than 200 contracted seafarers in our company. The structure of all ranks is reasonable. All the seafarers are graduated from maritime universities, and most of them were trained by foreign ship owners. They have strong love for marine career, honest working attitude, rich maritime experience and excellent foreign language ability. Our seafarers are serving on many kinds of ships, such as General Cargo Vessel ， Bulk Carrier, Container Ship, Oil Tanker, Chemical Tanker and so on. We recruit seafarers who newly-graduated from maritime universities each year and dispatch them to foreign vessels to get training.

Seaman department and training department are in charge of the management and training of the seafarers. We have a full set of scientific quality management system, and the seafarers were trained by senior Captains and experienced Chief Engineers according to the ship owners’ requirements. We also invited expert professors from maritime universities to educate our seafarers.
