I’m José Marcano Rodriguez, Master Mariner & Marine Pilot.
My resume covers my 19 plus years of operations, commercial, operational audits, HSE and marine experience and outlines my abilities as a leader, marine auditor, professor and supervisor. More than 10 years of this is offshore / oilfield industry and on board tankers experience.

I’m forming my own small Company with the intention to support biggers company as Marine Consultant, Marine Surveyor, Crew Manning and Training, but at the moment I do not have enought money to investment. However I have the know how which is more important.
I’m sure we would grow up and together would contribute continuously with your company goals and objectives. My country （Venezuela） has severals opportunity for Marine Business, specially in Offshore activity including technology, new constructions and new support ships （tugs, supplies, AHTS, passenger boats, cargo boats, barges, etc）.
