Atkins Special Risks Limited （ ASR ） is a brokerage and consultancy specialising in the market for the provision of Surety bonds & guarantees and arranging project finance worldwide via debt, equity or bond financing – principally with leading investment banks in Europe .

The surety bonds and guarantees catered for include the following main types:

• Financial Guarantee Bonds

• Loan Repayment Guarantee

• Payment Guarantee Bonds

• Advance Payment Bonds

• Performance Bonds

• Contract Warranty Period/Maintenance Bond

• Tender/Bid Bonds

The company offices are based close to the City of London, an important feature enabling ready contact with the London and U.S. markets and considered a good focal point from which to deal with all the leading international markets.


Company Organisation

ASR is operated by it’s Managing Director , Graham Atkins , who has 32 years experience in the international insurance and financial marketplace , with particular involvement in commercial aspects such as negotiating bond arrangements and setting up project finance - this has involved a considerable amount of overseas travel throughout the world .

Graham Atkins has been a Lloyd’s broker for a 22 year period holding full directorships of three Lloyd’s broking companies before forming Atkins Marine Insurance Services Limited and Atkins Special Risks Limited.

The company is fully authorized and regulated by the Financial Services Authority in the UK
