Shanghai G&P shipping co., lt is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Adhua Group. Its main business is to handle cargo transport and ship chartering for Jiangsu HuaMao Import and Export Co., ltd and Shanghai LiangHua International Trading Company Limited, both are subsidiaries of Jiangsu Adhua Group. In 2006, Shanghai G&P shipping co.,ltd chartered for the Jiangsu Adhua Group to transport 3 million tons of iron ore.
In the distribution of responsibilities, Horizons Shipping PTE signs all of the contracts for shanghai G&P shipping co.,ltd.
