It has been our policy to pursue continuous professional development of our pool of Officers & ratings by investing in their training, technical upgrading & work value information. This includes the mandatory courses of IMO, notably the STCW （Standard Of Training On Certification & Watch – Keeping） & Safety Programs. We also prepare our team candidates for existing & future challenges on the job by motivating them to participate in advance training courses at various training centers.
With our manning & management experience for last thirty years, we ensure our capability to make offers, within your budget. A Manning Agreement can be arranged, wherein we will supply the needed crew complement of your vessel on a per vessel basis or a per crew per month basis, depending upon your requirements.
