This rigorous procedure for ensuring our clients’ vessels are manned with suitably certified,
qualified and experienced personnel who are fully compliant with the Standards of Training,
Certification and Watch-keeping （STCW 2010） and who are competent in engaging best
practices onboard. These include safe operation and navigation of the vessel as well as executing
safety and emergency response procedures as the situation calls for.
