In 2011, Benshaw Commodities merged its business as BSC Group . Under the Banner of BSC Group ,Benshaw Commodities secured a contract with Samsung C& T for the rec-lamation projects in Pulau Ayer Merbau. It was a total of 2 million cubic meters being supplied for the reclamation projects . The total turnover was USD 10 million dollars . This was a major achievement for Benshaw Commodities . Apart from that , it also ac-quired projects in Danga Bay . With this Benshaw started his mining operations of Sand in Cambodia with Equipment and Loading Methods
With this merger the company has been involved in the supply of sand and dredging re-lated business .In recent years, the company explored business potentials in the region and undertook joint ventures with business partners from Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam and Myanmar
