SCCSCC is wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Changjiang Shipping Company, which is affiliated to SINOTRANS&CSC Group. As a well-known agency located in Shanghai, it provides professional crewing service in shipping market from the year of 1996.

SCCSCC owns a crew team of 500 seafarers and a specialized staff in ashore office. To undertake the complete sets of manning service for 11 sea-going vessels and 5 inland vessels, we regard our client's requirements and put their concern as the uppermost of our efforts, implementing quality management system to have achieved a good reputation and performance in present Chinese Manning Industry.

Since January 2013, SCCSCC has become the EXCLUSIVE MANNING AGENCY of Costa Cruise Line and been authorized to screen and interview candidates on Costa’s behalf. As a reputable cruise recruitment agency, we have selected hundreds of applicants, and nearly half of them have received their embarkation contracts.
