China seafarers' foreign technical services co., LTD. (MASES) approved by the state council of the People's Republic of China was founded in August 1984, is China's earliest and largest one of the international seafarer labor dispatching company. The company is a member of the Chinese shipowner's association, the vice President of China's overseas seafarers' coordinating body, and the outstanding enterprise of China's foreign labor service cooperation selected by the ministry of commerce. In 1999, the company passed the international quality system certification, obtained the ISO9001 quality system certificate issued by the Norwegian classification society (DNV), and the crew manning certificate.
