In 2013, Hua Yuan International Transport Co., Ltd in charge of shipping business for the local shipper PGMC in Philippine and in order to assort the shipper to export nickel ore,this company has started to spend 21million dollors to build 10 barges to be hired by the shipper to support loading cgo,and those barges wl be sooner used in the end of this year.
