The registered capital of New Source is RMB 8,800,000 and Shanghai Jinjiang International Group is still the major shareholder of the company. The reorganized New Source is carrying on all the business of the original imports and exports department, including both the domestic and foreign trade. Its business scope is selling the fowls, eggs and meat products of our group, self managing and acting for the imports and exports business of various commodities and skills, developing the counter trade and entrepot trade. From the reorganization and establishment, the major business of New Source is the imports and the domestic distribution of food products under the guidance of Board, and it sets up the faithful sales connection with the foreign suppliers and the domestic clients, trying to broaden the import value and domestic sales value, which has achieved the perfect development – over RMB five hundred million for the annual sales, over forty million dollars for the annual import value. In the business scope of the company, the imports of meat products and fowl products listed as the major business is continuously rising, steadily running. The original producing area of the imports is mostly America, Canada, Brazil, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand and some countries in Europe.
