2011.04.01 - STX Marine Service has been reborn as the Total Marine Solution Provider by split-off from STX Corporation.




2010.01.01 - STX Marine Center has been established by integrating the existing POS Ship Management and STX Group Services area.




2005. 10. 25 - Pos has been merged with STX Corporation, a holding company on the 25th Oct. 2005 and has been changed to STX Pos ship management Co., a branch of legally registered by STX Corporation.



2003. 01. 01 - POS Ship Management Co. absorbed the organization and employees of the Marine Division of Pan Ocean Shipping Co. Ltd. to become an independent ship management company.



2002. 05. 01 - Concluded ship management contract for one（1） vessel with a third party owner.



1997. 07. 01 - Established POS Ship Management Co. to commence total ship management service with 6 vessels



1994 ∼ 1997 - Accredited with the Certificate of the ISM Code approved by DNVC in July 1994 and reissued by KRQI in October 1997 Accredited with the Certificate of the ISO-9002 approved by the DNVQA in August 1994.



1988 ∼ 1993 - Acquired four modern Pure Car and Truck Carriers through new building, each with a carrying capacity 6,500 units marking formal entry into the PCTC market. Total fleet 71 vessels of 2,959,000 dwt.



1983 ∼ 1987 - Renamed the company as Pan Ocean Shipping Company Ltd.（POSC） effective April 1, 1984 Merged with Global Shipping Company, Samick Lines and Bowoon Shipping, Sammi Lines and Daeyang Shipping Corp in line with the Korean government’’s guidelines designed to rationalize oceangoing shipping industry. Acquired and began operation of 130,000 dwt tanker. Total fleet tonnage grew by 3,630,000 dwt of 87 vessels.



1977 ∼ 1983 - Total fleet tonnage grew by 1,270,000 dwt of 42 vessels Carried out crew management for 3 VLCC and technical/crew management for 1 VLCC with KOTC from 1977 to 1983



1972 ∼ 1976 - Total fleet grew to 30 vessels of 700,000 dwt including 9 product carriers of 54,200 dwt.



1966 ∼ 1971 - Incorporated Pan Ocean Bulk Carriers Ltd.（POBC） in May of 1966 Purchased and began operation of Crude Oil Tankers （54,000 dwt x 4）
