Since incorporated in 2008 As Local Representative of Ex : Blue Ocean International Ship Management （HK）Co., Ltd , According to the New Regulation of Myanmar Department Of Marine Administration we changed name to T.TH （SRPS） by requirement of MLC 2006. We have established good rapport with clients from World Wide. We have been providing full set, half set and ad hoc basis of Myanmar seafarers to clients on various types of vessels comprising Bulk Carrier, Container, Oil Tanker, Oil/Chemical Tanker, Offshore Vessel, and FPSO, presently reaching a portfolio of ​6​1 vessels and more than 300 seafarers onboard in total.

In order to serve our valued customers well and efficiently, and provide more qualified and competent seafarer, T.T.H has been gotten the Requirements of the Management System Standards ISO:9001:2008 Scope of Certificates PROVISION OF MANPOWER TO SHIP OWNERS, SHIP MANAGERS AND SHIP OPERATORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION’S MARITIME LABOUR CONVENTION 2006 （MLC 2006） AS APPLICABLE TO SEAFARER RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT SERVICES , Certificate No. TH005482 by BUREAU VERITAS on 15 October 2013, to ensure standardization and legality of our services to every customer. Which enable us qualified in providing total crew management service as per international and national regulations.
