PT. Global S.P is a crewing agent having License issued by the Ministry of Justice & Trading of Indonesia No-33540.Ah.01.01/Th 2002 and renewed Th 2011, and one of the recruiting agent legally approved by notary public accepted in Indonesia. Right now, PT. Global S.P is seeking a market for Indonesian seafarers all over the world. The crew members are willing to accept a wage at highly competitive levels, and at the same time ensuring the quality of crew will be deployed, With The Terms of Contract Period from three （3） to six （6） months for officers and six （6） or nine （9） to twelve （12） months for ratings, depending on principal’s requirements and the types of the vessel.

Our management is manned with experienced Master of Mariners and Engineers who have worked on different flagged vessel and are well aware of the demands and ways in which worldwide ship-owners and operator work. You can rest assured that seagoing personnel, officers and ratings offered by our company having qualifications and well trained, hardworking, competent, reliable and accountable for their respected job on board of the vessel. We conduct pre-employment medical examinations to ensure that all our crew members are fit for services. All of our candidates are subject to an alcohol and drug screening program to make sure that seafarers are not habituated to drink. Also all our personnel operate to high safety standards with no repatriations due to injury. All our personnel are aware of drugs, alcohol and smuggling abuse policy operated by many owners and are demanded to comply with routine testing. There will be a probationary period of two （2） to three （3） months.

The scope of our service is to prepare and process of all documents （Visa, Seamen Book, Passport, etc） necessary for the seafarers outbound travel to the assigned vessel, including the travel arrangement from Indonesia to any destination in the world. The staff of our agency is ready to arrange your requirement, from full crew management services, through the simple manning facilities, even for a single crew member at least within 46 hours, subject to Visa and order formality requirements.
