Application of hot air dryer:
This hot air dryer  is suitable for drying sawdust and other heat sensitive material which is light and small like sawdust, rice shell, milled stalks etc. Generally Wet material can be dried in a few minutes.
Structure and work principle of hot air dryer:
1） Hot air Dryer with Pipes is equipped one fuel boiler, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower（fan）, cyclone.
2） First, the wet materials are put into the hopper. Then the fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower （fan） quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer （drying chamber） of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are expelled out by the exhaust blower （fan）.
3） Hot air Dryer with Pipes reduces the moisture to 8-12% with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
