MHI-MME Conducts User Conference in Singapore in November
Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Marine Machinery & Engine Co., Ltd. (MHI-MME) will hold the User Conference 2014 in Singapore, on November 27. The latest retrofit menu, the latest service experience and technical information will be introduced at one of the world largest bases of marine operating management companies of the vessels.
The User conference is an event that targets at MHI-MME product users; MHI-MME has had held user conferences in Nagasaki (Japan), Imabari (Japan) and Singapore in the past. The next conference in Singapore will be the second time following last year.
At the last conference, we discussed three themes: Project MEET*, Operation Cost and Innovative Maintenance. To make further reform efforts on the bases of last attendees’ interests, the coming conference will focus on after-sales services and retrofits which are useful for the operations.
Continuously, MHI-MME made a prior survey to select the topics which we would discuss at the conference. This time, MHI-MME will provide a special consulting room next to the main ballroom where seminars take place so that we can respond the guests’ questions regarding the seminars and their interests.
The User conference is the place where we can have a valuable opportunity to obtain direct feedback from our customers. MHI-MME is also planning to hold a user conference in Imabari and Tokyo next February and March, 2015.
MHI-MME will continue to provide services and products in the future to meet the expectations of our customers by communicating with them through these user conferences.
