China Ocean Shipbuilding Industry : Unit Established JV
A subsidiary of China Ocean Shipbuilding Industry Group Ltd. (SEHK: 0651) established a JV with to investors to invest in shipbuilding and related marine engineering business in Zhoushan City. Initial investment in the JV is CNY 508 million, of which CNY 400 million will be injected by the subsidiary.
