Great Eastern heads to Yangzijiang
Great Eastern Shipping has tapped Jiangsu Yangzijiang Shipbuilding to build three 82,000 dwt kamsarmaxes. The ships will deliver in the middle of 2016. The Indian owner is thought to be paying in the region of $27m per ship. Great Eastern also has two kamsarmaxes on order at Tsuneishi’s shipyard in the central Philippines.
