Yangzijiang Shipbuilding announced yesterday that following four options consisting of two 82,000dwt and two 64,000dwt bulkers that became effective in July, there are a further four options comprising two 1,100 teu containerships and two 82,000dwt bulkers that have become effective.
The aggregate value of the orders is $110.4m.
Yangzijiang said currently the shipyard has a total of 51 options worth $2.87bn entered into with clients.
