Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (ZPMC) announced today it has signed a sales contract with Singapore owner KS Drilling for a 300-foot jack-up rig which is the first jack-up rig ZPMC has ever built.
The contract value is $165.5m and the rig is scheduled to be delivered in 2014.
