Guangxin Shipbuilding & Heavy Industry have signed a newbuilding contract with South Africa's shipowner Marine Bulk Carriers for a 78m class anchor handling tug supply (AHTS).
The value of contract is $30m and the delivery of the vessel is scheduled in 2015.
