Sembcorp Marine: Unit Secured Rig-Building Contract Worth US$596 Million

Sembcorp Marine Ltd. (S51.SG) Tuesday said its unit Jurong Shipyard Ltd. has secured a rig-building contract worth US$596 million from Noble Corp.
The rig is due for delivery in the first quarter of 2016, the company said in a filing to Singapore Exchange.
The contract isn't expected to have a material impact on earnings per share this year, Sembcorp Marine said.
