Chengxi Shipyard has welcomed back one of its most prestigious owners. Hong Kong’s Wah Kwong Maritime Transport Holdings signed on 8 April for four plus four options of Sdari’s 64,000 dwt bulker design. The deal brings Chengxi’s orders this year to nine confirmed ships.

Wah Kwong has been a strong supporter of Chengxi in recent years, ordering seven 53,000 dwt ships and a pair of 35,000 dwt ships over the past five years there.
