An official from Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding has confirmed to SinoShip News that it is final negotiations with major industrial shipper Cargill for a three plus three capesize order. The move marks Cargill's return to vessel owning for the first time since 2001.
The yard official said the deal hasn’t been finally concluded yet.
