Daewoo Shipbuilding unit wins 90 bln won order from Oman
Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co. (DSME), the world's third-largest shipbuilder, said Thursday that its construction unit has clinched a 90 billion won (US$79 million) order to build a residential complex in Oman. According to the shipbuilder, DSME Construction Co. will build around 350 houses in Duqm, a port city about 450 kilometers southeast of the country's capital, Muscat.
