Pressure grows on loss making Vinashin

State-owned shipbuilder Vinashin recorded a net loss of VND359 billion (US$18.8 million) last year. Vinashin is coming in for extra scrutiny from the government, particularly over its non-core investments. Pressure is growing on the shipbuilder to streamline operations.
