Japanese Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding hands over a ship of deadweight 56.000tn
Japanese shipbuilder Mitsui Engineering & Shipbuilding has completed a bulk carrier with deadweight at 56 thousand tons. The vessel was built at the shipyard Darya Lakshmi and transferred to the ship's owner - the company Lakshmi Navigation (Hong Kong), “the Transport business" reports citing the U.S. media. Bulk carrier of "Hendimaks" class will ply under Hong Kong flag. The ship’s length is 189,9 m, depth - 12.55 pm The bulker capable of speeds up to 14.5 knots, is equipped with engine B & W 6D50MC-C. Capacity of cargo holds - 70 thousand m3.
