Slowdown signs - China shipbuilding industrial growth slowing down
It is reported that the revenue of China’s shipbuilding industry will grow by only 20% this year and the profit by only 15%. According to the expectation, the growth in China’s ship industry is falling down from the 100% of growth which continued for the past five years in China.
The data showed that the income of China’s ship industry rose up by 55.53% in the first two months; meanwhile, the profit by 23.57%. The growths presented visible declines.
Chinaship.cn points out that the falling growths mainly attribute to the large base after the successive increases, the order cancellation, the delivery postpone and the possible cut in settlement prices.
